VAT Prod. Posting Group replication Process

Items are created in DMCC and replicated to respective OU's . SCM Team do not have idea about the VAT % for the products . Some of the products are charged with different VAT % . So when we replicate the Item Master to Africa companies we are not replicating the VAT related information from DMCC. Hence , it is always OU's responsibility to ensure that VAT% properly assigned to SKU Level.

Local IT Team & OU Finance roles :

Once Finance team updates the VAT information in SKU level , Local IT team ensure that the data is replicated to shops and DMCC server.

VAT PRODUCT POSTING GROUP REPLICATION TO DMCC STEPS IN ANGOLA:

Go To -> Retail Items. Click the below highlighted button. This will update the VAT Product Posting Group in DMCC Angola Company.
